Robert Rubenstein

About Me

I formed the personal injury firm Rubenstein Law in 1988 after beginning my career in large law firms where I handled corporate mergers and acquisitions as well as tax law. It was in this work that I acquired business and negotiation proficiency and learned the importance of a client-oriented practice. Since then Rubenstein Law has grown to a staff of over 300 employees with offices throughout Florida. Our clients’ success is proof we are worthy opponents to insurance companies and corporate giants. As we grow, I continue to work diligently with the attorney teams in each of our offices. Community involvement is a big priority for the firm and myself and we’ve supported a significant number of causes throughout the years. We take active roles in a variety of important local and national organizations including, but not limited to:

  • ACS (American Cancer Society)
  • Susan G. Komen Foundation (Fight Against Breast Cancer)
  • MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving)
  • NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness)
  • Make a Wish Foundation
  • Kiwanis
  • Humane Society

When not serving the community or working, I enjoy playing chess. Prior to law school, I was the editor of Canada’s national chess magazine, Chess Canada.
